Boise wedding photographer for photos that last a lifetime.
Your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life. It’s so special, but it goes by in the blink of an eye. That’s why investing in a photographer who can capture it well is a big decision, and I believe it’s worth the financial investment. There are moments on every wedding day, like your dad seeing you for the first time, the first kiss and the dance party with all your best friends. They’re all worth capturing, and worth capturing well.

Why it’s worth investing
The photos from your wedding day keep getting better.
Almost everything else you pay for is gone by Sunday. Your photos are the part you still have in 10, 30, 50 years.
You only get one day
There are no retakes. The first look, your dad’s face at the aisle, the dance floor going wild. If it isn’t captured well, it’s gone, and a good photographer is how you make sure it isn’t.
You’ll look at them for years
Your gallery gets opened on anniversaries, on hard days and on easy ones. You’ll scroll through it more than you’ll ever expect to, so it’s worth having photos that feel like the real day.
They get passed down
Someday your kids and grandkids will want to see what you looked like, who was there and how it felt. Those are the pictures they’ll hold on to.

Let’s talk numbers
How much does a Boise wedding photographer cost?
Most Boise couples invest between $2,500 and $5,000 in wedding photography, with full-day coverage of 8 to 10 hours as the standard. My collections run from $2,500 to $5,000, so you can see exactly where you’d land before you ever reach out.

Engagement sessions · $400
Get comfortable in front of my camera before the big day.
An engagement session is the easiest way to feel at ease with me before your wedding. We’ll hang out, laugh and wander somewhere that means something to you, and you’ll leave with photos for your save-the-dates, invitations and walls. Your gallery arrives within 1 to 2 weeks, and it’s included with The Full Story Collection.
Which collection is right for me?
Choose Wedding Day for a typical wedding with a ceremony, portraits and a reception. Choose Full Story if you want nothing missed: two photographers means the ceremony from two angles, plus getting-ready details and guest moments happening at the same time. Choose Elopement for a small ceremony, a sunrise hike or an intimate Idaho adventure.
Why not just book the cheapest photographer? Because your wedding day can’t be redone, and what you’re paying for is experience and an editing style you’ll love. An experienced photographer knows where to stand before the moment happens, knows how to work in any kind of light, from harsh midday sun to a dim reception hall, and how to pose and direct you so you look and feel natural in front of the camera.
FAQs
Good questions, honest answers
What’s your turnaround time?
Your Sneak Peek arrives within 48 hours of your day, and your full online gallery within 2 to 4 weeks. A wedding film takes 5 to 8 weeks.
What does the paying process look like?
Once you confirm, we’ll talk through the deposit to hold your date, and I’ll send an invoice you can pay by card, check or whatever’s easiest.
How do I get my photos?
Your photos come in a private online gallery you can share with family.
Do you make albums?
I don’t sell albums. Instead, you can build your own from the prints in your online gallery and order through my online store, so it’s simple and it’s yours.
Do you travel?
I love to. I’m based in Boise, and I travel for weddings and elopements across Idaho (Sun Valley, McCall, Ketchum, Stanley, Coeur d’Alene, Sandpoint), the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Every inquiry gets a custom travel quote.
What happens after I inquire?
Send your name, email and wedding date. I try to reply within 24 hours. Sometimes I’m out of office or busy on a project, but I’ll get back to you as fast as I can.
Where I shoot
Wedding photographer in Boise, the Treasure Valley, McCall and beyond
Do you photograph weddings in Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Star, Kuna and Garden City?
Yes, that’s home turf. I’m based in Boise and Eagle, so I shoot wedding photos all over Ada County: Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Star, Kuna and Garden City. From a downtown Boise ceremony to a backyard wedding in Star, I’d love to be your wedding photographer. Send me your date and place and I’ll let you know if I’m open.
Are you a wedding photographer for Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton and the rest of Canyon County?
Yep! Canyon County is just down the road. I shoot wedding photos in Nampa, Caldwell, Middleton, Greenleaf, Melba, Notus, Parma and Wilder, and I’d love to tell your story there too. Every wedding is different, so send me your date and venue and we’ll go from there.
Do you photograph weddings in McCall and Cascade, Idaho?
I do, and I love it up there. I photographed Skyler and Becca’s wedding at a wood and stone chapel in McCall, and I’m happy to be your McCall wedding photographer or your Cascade wedding photographer too. Mountain weddings run a little differently, so I’ll help you plan your timeline. Eloping in the mountains? I’m your Idaho elopement photographer too.
Will you travel for wedding photos to Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Lewiston, Idaho Falls, Pocatello or Twin Falls?
Yes! I love to travel. Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Lewiston, Idaho Falls, Pocatello and Twin Falls are all on my list, along with Sun Valley, Ketchum and Stanley. As your Idaho wedding photographer, I’ll send you a custom travel quote once I have your date and place.
I’m searching for a wedding photographer near me in the Treasure Valley. Where do I start?
Start with a conversation. I’m a Boise wedding photographer who also shoots in Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Star, Kuna, Garden City, Middleton and every town in between. Tell me what you’re picturing and I’ll tell you honestly if we’re a good fit.
“We don't know how to pose?”
Just a little secret between us… Nearly everyone says this to me before a shoot. I totally understand posing can look like a scary thing. You know what isn't scary though? Hanging out with your best friend, laughing together, having a blast together. I want all my couples to just have a fun experience together. I will handle the rest.
For couples who value meaningful moments: I love bringing out the real emotions and connections in my work. Every photo I take, I hope to capture something really special. Not just posed photos, but photos that are real and unique to you.
